Now’s the time to utilize social media to it’s full potential

Do you have a small business? Do you manage a social media account for that small business?
We understand that keeping up with social media can become a challenge, especially for a business account. As we continue to grow through the technological era, we see how helpful it can be to use social media as a tool to get your name out there. It can also help create a positive image for your business.
Interacting and engaging with your customers is important to boosting your morale. You can settle any disputes that may happen, which shows that you care about your customers. You can also use your customer’s positive reviews or comments as free marketing.
We have all become more familiar with a “virtual world” while living through the global pandemic. There are a lot of opportunities to continue marketing your products through social media, and you might even reach more people since we have all been spending a lot of time on our computers. You can easily host online events for large groups since we are not able to meet in person. Using social media is a great way to push out a virtual event.
The Alamosa County Chamber of Commerce is glad to support you with any of your social media needs. We offer tips, tricks and help with any troubles you may experience on these platforms. As a chamber member, we will follow your accounts and share any items you would like us to. Sometimes it can be hard to get a lot of views on your posts, so when we share them it can add to the number of people who view your company page (this may create new customers!).
Please feel free to reach out to your local chamber for any help or ideas on social media. We offer FREE tutorials for Chamber Members!
